Description
SUMMARY:
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate relationships with potential customers. You will also ensure proper hand off to the appropriate sales department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Initial inbound lead review
- FastDraw Approvals
- Review PO’s for layers and pallets
- MAPP violations
- My Betco Distributor Support
- Backup for Key Account and Corporate Account Order Management Teams
Requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School and/or Associates Degree
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, In-side Sales Account Executive, customer service or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
