In this role, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of data center construction projects, ensuring flawless execution through disciplined application of PMO standards, safety practices, cost controls, and schedule management. •    Standard site hours: Mon-Fri 7:00am-4:00pmĀ 
•    Location: Client site - Bowling Green, OH
•    Daily onsite presence required. Ā

Key Responsibilities:

Ā 

Project Leadership & ExecutionĀ 

  • Lead day-to-day construction management using established PMO standards and methodologies.Ā 

  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules.Ā 

  • Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget.Ā 

  • Identify and manage change events, applying best practice change management processes.Ā 

  • Ā 

Safety, Quality & ComplianceĀ 

  • Enforce safety protocols, procedures, and site standards across all project activities.Ā 

  • Ensure quality control through consistent documentation, tracking, and reporting.Ā 

  • Maintain adherence to construction technology platforms, building codes, and industry standards.Ā 

  • Ā 

Financial & Contract ManagementĀ 

  • Utilize construction accounting principles to support cost forecasting, budget analysis, and financial reporting.Ā 

  • Manage contracting and delivery methods including lump sum, cost-plus, GMP, design build, and time & material.Ā 

  • Monitor vendor performance, approve invoices, and track project expenditures.Ā 

  • Ā 

Stakeholder CommunicationĀ 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and senior leadership.Ā 

  • Communicate project status, risks, milestones, and priorities clearly and confidently.Ā 

  • Prepare presentations and lead briefings for both small and large groups.Ā 

  • Ā 

Problem Solving & Continuous ImprovementĀ 

  • Anticipate issues, mitigate risks, and drive timely resolution of conflicts.Ā 

  • Apply data driven insights to influence decisions and optimize project performance.Ā 

  • Promote a culture of innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement on site.Ā 

  • Ā 

RequirementsĀ 

  • Proficient in using data and analytics to support informed decision making.Ā 

  • Extensive knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulatory requirements.Ā 

  • Strong understanding of estimating engineering principles and construction methodologies.Ā 

  • Experience with change management processes and documentation.Ā 

  • Solid understanding of construction accounting, cost forecasting, and budgeting.Ā 

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ā 

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self driven with the ability to adapt to evolving project needs.Ā 

  • Proficient in business and industry tools including MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore, Textura, and other construction platforms.Ā 

  • Ā 

QualificationsĀ 

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).Ā 

  • Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience in a management or leadership role.Ā 

  • Prior experience managing large data center or structured cabling construction projects highly preferred.Ā 

  • Experience across multiple contract and delivery models (GMP, designbuild, fixed price, etc.).Ā 

  • Preferred certifications:Ā Ā 

  • OSHA 30Ā 

  • BICSI RCDDĀ 

  • BICSI RTPMĀ 

  • PMIPMPĀ
