Welcome to NuProduce: A provider of specialty produce solutions for food service, wholesale, hospitality, event planning, retail customers, and beyond. We are experts at sourcing the freshest fruits and vegetables available year-round.
We are currently seeking a General Labor (Food Processing) to join our team, based in our Bowling Green, OH location.
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday-Saturday, Saturdays may be required. First Shift. 6am-Finished
Salary: From $17.00 per hour, based on experience
Duties and Responsibilities may include:
Working in a cooler environment,
Operating machines on the production line,
Cutting, peeling, and sorting fruits and vegetables,
Meeting production outputs,
Following GMP practices,
Cleaning of equipment,
Communicating quality issues to supervisors and/or managers,
Working in a team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
English speaking skills required,
Able to lift up to 50lbs,
Able to stand and bend to complete tasks,
Accountable and dependable,
Open to work in a changing work environment and able to multitask,
Flexibility in working schedule (Weekend and Holidays as required),
Experience in food manufacturing procedures is a plus, and
Reliable means of transportation is an asset.
