Responsibilities

Position Summary:

 

Assists the Director of Human Resources in overseeing all personnel functions of the hospital and its managed units. Assists with the hiring process, posts positions, screens applications and schedules interviews. May assist with conducting interviews as needed.  Initiates and monitors progress of reference checks and background checks. Conducts primary source license verification when applicable.  Completes data entry and filing as needed and other duties as assigned. Follows and abides by company policies, procedures, and Corporate Compliance Program, as applicable to role and responsibilities.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred  

Experience

  • Minimum of two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably acute care/behavioral health hospital setting. 

Certifications/Licensure

  • None.

Language Skills

  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.  Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.

About Rivendell:
Rivendell Behavioral Health Hospital is a 149 inpatient, Joint Commission accredited hospital. We are located on a 48 acre private campus in the heart of Bowling Green, KY. At Rivendell Behavioral Health Hospital, children who are in crisis receive psychiatric care. Teens suffering from depression, disabling anxiety, feelings of hopelessness or suicide can learn new ways to cope. Teens and adults suffering from chemical dependency and substance abuse can get help.
