Job Responsibilities:

To lead, direct, and support Materials Team Members safely and efficiently, to coordinate and communicate with other departments, follow safe work methods, and to conform to the Employee’s Charter principles and plant standards.

What we are looking for:

-    High School diploma or GED
-    Post-secondary education preferred, or related experience

Preferred qualifications:

-    Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
-    Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
-    Preferred 1 year of leadership experience. 
-    Operate standard office equipment preferred
-    Ability to obtain a forklift license. 
-    Ability to drive tuggers.
-    Ability to use tablet devices, scanners and printers for barcode labels.
-    Ability to work with minimal supervision
-    Ability to set direction and make decisions
-    Must have good organizational skills
-    Must exhibit high integrity and honesty.
-    Ability to effectively and appropriately present information and respond to questions from various groups.
-    Ability to define problems collect date, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
