What qualifications is Precision Strip is looking for in their drivers?

Experience matters but will train the right candidates. Starting pay is based on experience but we are willing to train if you do not meet qualifications. Not matter the starting pay, all employees will receive regular, progressive increases until top rate is reached.

• Earn between $85,000 to $115,000 (includes overtime and incentive program) a year

Driver Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Class A CDL with no suspensions and an acceptable CSA score
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 5 p.m.–5 a.m.
• Demonstrated commercial driving skills with flatbed experience a plus
• Ability to pass a hair analysis drug test
• Meets insurability requirements and passes an acceptable background check
