Warehouse Operator (CSD 1st Shift Picker)

Holley, a leader in automotive aftermarket products, has an immediate opening for a 1st Shift Warehouse Operator (Picker) at our Distribution Location in Bowling Green, KY. Starting pay is $16.39 with hourly pay progression.

Summary of Job Duties:

• Accurately sorts packages based on package labels.
• Maintains a safety-first attitude and leaves all work areas cleaner than they were encountered.

Job Skills and Knowledge:

• Must be able to perform RF Scanner tasks related to stocking and put-away processes.
• Must possess basic literacy in computers and Windows applications.
• Must be able to learn and use Holley’s Syteline system, performing functions such as inquiry, mass local transfers, pick confirm, and ship confirm.

Work Experience:

• Experience with voice-driven picking is a plus.
• Prior experience in a material handling role is a plus.
• Experience in a distribution or shipping role is preferred but not required.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Must be able to stand at least seven hours per day.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs as necessary.
• Must be able to work overtime including weekends. 

M-T, Th-F 6:00am-4:30pm with occasional overtime including weekends.
