We are seeking a Wealth Advisor to serve as a trusted financial partner to our members. In this role, you'll provide personalized investment management, retirement planning, estate planning, and comprehensive financial guidance. What You'll Do

As a Wealth Advisor, you will:

  • Develop trusted relationships with credit union members by understanding their financial goals and recommending customized financial strategies.
  • Provide comprehensive financial planning, investment guidance, retirement planning, and estate planning solutions.
  • Identify members' financial needs and recommend appropriate investment products.
  • Service an existing book of business while expanding your client relationships.
  • Generate new business through internal referrals, community networking, and proactive prospecting.
  • Partner with branch teams to create referral opportunities and deliver exceptional member experiences.
  • Meet with members across multiple branch locations as needed.
  • Participate in community events, financial education seminars, volunteer activities, and business development opportunities.
  • Maintain current knowledge of financial products, investment solutions, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with FINRA regulations, company policies, and all applicable laws while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Successful candidates will have:

  • A proven record of success in investment sales and relationship management.
  • Strong consultative selling and communication skills.
  • The ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients with varying levels of financial knowledge.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Experience developing new business while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while collaborating with branch teams.

Experience & Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Active FINRA Series 7 License.
  • Active FINRA Series 66 License (preferred) or Series 63 License.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and consultative sales skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to travel between branch locations for member appointments.
