Mack Industries is looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher / Production Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you'll be the hub connecting production, logistics, sales, and customers to ensure our precast concrete products are manufactured and delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

What You'll Do

As our Dispatcher / Production Scheduler, you will:

  • Coordinate daily production schedules and delivery routes to meet customer expectations.
  • Schedule production based on customer demand, manufacturing capacity, and available inventory.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Sales, Production, Logistics, and Customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely updates and accurate scheduling information.
  • Monitor production timelines and proactively communicate schedule changes or delays.
  • Maintain and update the facility's master production and delivery schedule.
  • Coordinate raw materials, equipment, and staffing needs to meet production deadlines.
  • Anticipate production demands and help ensure materials are available when needed.
  • Perform a variety of administrative and scheduling tasks to support daily operations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency, production flow, and customer service.
  • Support plant management with supervisory responsibilities as business needs require.
  • Continuously develop your skills and contribute to process improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing production and scheduling.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize work and perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of dispatching or production scheduling experience in a manufacturing or construction environment.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Experience coordinating multiple departments and priorities simultaneously.
