Pan-Oston is seeking high-potential, highly motivated and skilled team players to join our team!   We have an immediate opening for the following position: Quality Control TechnicianQualificationsRESPONSIBILITIES: Test and inspect products at various stages of the production process. Records test data and results, applying established quality control procedures. Evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards. Prepares graphs or charts of data or enters data into computer for analysis. Use gauges and other devices to verify conformity to standards of the product. Collects, reviews, and maintains files of all documentation relating to production and quality control. Incoming Product inspections and 5 S inspections Process auditing and perform process training Return Materials Authorization management Other duties as assigned.   MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (Skills & Abilities) 1-2 years experiences with overall Quality Systems and practical application Print reading and interpretation Good verbal and written communication skills   Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Highly Motivated Self-starter     Excellent Organizational Skills Problem-solving skills PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, reach, basic hand functions EDUCATION: High school (Technical college preferred)   Why Pan-Oston?   Here at Pan-Oston, our work experience includes a great working environment with talented and dedicated employee-owners, a competitive salary and benefit package, as well as participation in North America’s largest ESOP.
