What You'll Be Doing
- Lead daily terminal operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant material handling.
- Coordinate and supervise loading/unloading activities and equipment maintenance.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage logistics to meet delivery schedules.
- Promote and enforce safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Train and support terminal staff to maintain high performance and operational excellence. Managing & Leading the Terminal workforce.
- Unloading gravity hopper railcars and & loading bulk tankers.
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage operations effectively.
- Strong understanding of terminal logistics, safety protocols, and equipment handling.
- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced environments.
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Commitment to safety with continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
Work Environment
This role operates in an industrial terminal setting with exposure to outdoor weather conditions, heavy equipment, and high-traffic areas. Safety gear and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
