• High School diploma or GED
• Post-secondary education or related experience 
• Previous leadership role experience in an automotive manufacturing / metal stamping environment 

Preferred qualifications:

• Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment 
• Operate standard office equipment
