Position: Junior Process Engineer

Responsibilities and Duties

 

  • Review and analyze existing manufacturing processes and make suggestions on improvements and streamlining.
  • Monitor and analyze current production and output levels and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Reduce production costs and ensure high-quality produce.
  • Work towards KPIs and objectives set out by management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will be a recent college graduate with an Engineering degree.
  • Strong analytical and math skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Be a self-motivated team player
  • Good problem-solving abilities
