Position: Junior Process Engineer

Responsibilities and Duties

Review and analyze existing manufacturing processes and make suggestions on improvements and streamlining.
Monitor and analyze current production and output levels and make recommendations for improvements.
Reduce production costs and ensure high-quality produce.
Work towards KPIs and objectives set out by management.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a recent college graduate with an Engineering degree.
Strong analytical and math skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Be a self-motivated team player
Good problem-solving abilities
