Innovative Concrete, LLC's South Dakota division is looking for a dedicated Commercial Concrete Foreman to lead our crews in the field. We need someone who sets the tone through their own work ethic, holds the job site to a high standard, and knows how to keep a project moving safely from start to finish.

This role works closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager, serving as the bridge between the field and the office. You'll keep everyone in the loop on progress, spot potential issues before they become delays, and make sure the whole team stays aligned every step of the way.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate all activities of concrete crew on job sites
  • Interpret blueprints and project specifications, assigning tasks accordingly
  • Promote and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
  • Ensure high-quality work is completed on schedule and meets all specifications
  • Conduct regular inspections of work progress, materials and equipment
  • Collaborate with superintendent and project manager to report on progress and address issues
  • Maintain accurate records of workforce, daily activities, and timelines
  • Participate in planning and scheduling of concrete pours and finishing operations
  • Address and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts effectively
  • At least 3 years of concrete experience with a minimum of 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a crew
  • Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, tools, and safety standards
  • Physical capability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions
  • Ability to read understand construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to pass a federal criminal background check
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
