Suncoast Electric & Air is a leader in electrical contracting, known for delivering high-quality residential commercial, industrial, and residential electrical services. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Foreman to join our growing team and oversee on-site operations.

Position Summary

The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of electrical workers on job sites. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with all codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on-site.

  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.

  • Ensure work is performed in compliance with local electrical codes and standards.

  • Schedule inspections and manage materials, tools, and equipment on site.

  • Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients.

  • Train and mentor apprentices and journeyman electricians.

  • Maintain high safety standards and enforce safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED (technical school or relevant certifications a plus)

  • Valid Electrical Journeyman or Master Electrician license Preferred but not a must

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical trade

  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role

  • Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code)

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Must be able to read and interpret electrical blueprints and plans

  • OSHA certification preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
