JOB SUMMARY

The Installation Coordinator is a key role within the Specialties division responsible for overseeing the accurate installation of products, this individual collaborates extensively with all departments within the division. They act as the primary point of contact for builders, ensuring clear communication and timely project execution. This is an in office position.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Oversee product installation, emphasizing quality and adherence to standards.

• Serve as the main point of contact for builders, addressing concerns, facilitating communications, and ensuring their requirements are fully understood and met.

• Coordinate installation schedules with the team, subcontractors, and builders.

• Maintain all installation-related documentation, making use of tools like Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, and Dropbox.

• Collaborate with all division departments to facilitate proper installation.

• Streamline communication between subcontractors, internal teams, and builders.

• Identify and address challenges in the installation process.

• Support the payroll department with documentation for subcontractor payments.

• Regular and reliable attendance

• Work effectively in a team environment


Requirements

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • High school diploma or equivalent

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a coordination or supervisory role, preferably within the construction industry.

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Dropbox, and general office software.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects and diverse teams.
