Well-known ENT office in the South Florida community is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida is one of the largest private practice otolaryngology groups in the country. Our practice provides comprehensive general and subspecialty ENT medical and surgical care within the convenience of one medical group.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced provider looking to work full time, Monday- Friday, 8:00-5:00 with a busy, well-established and prestigious otolaryngology practice in the Boynton Beach area, with flexibility to provide patient care at both office locations. This individual must be able to work full-time and is a highly motivated licensed PA or APRN with strong clinical, surgical, interpersonal and organizational skills. Duties include minor surgical procedures, evaluation and treatment of patients in the office setting. Work in an excellent environment with a very positive, motivated, exceptionally friendly and skilled support staff. Job Requirements:

  • Have 2 years of internal medicine or allergy practical experience preferred.
  • ENT experience a PLUS
  • Minor Surgical Office Procedures
  • Initial evaluation and physical examination
  • Preoperative, postoperative and follow-up care
  • Excellent medical understanding with analytical and clinical skills
  • Pre and postoperative education
  • Preoperative data preparation
  • Excellent patient rapport and communication
  • Long-term commitment

Physical Demands:

Coordination, manual, and physical dexterity sufficient to properly and adequately use various items of office equipment as required of the position or directed by the Physician or Manager. The position may involve sitting, standing, bending, and stooping. Must be able to assist with the transfer of a patient from a wheelchair to an exam table or chair. The incumbent must also be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds. Must be willing to travel between the office locations.
