Restoration Tech
$23-$28 per hour
What you’ll actually do
$23-$28 per hour
What you’ll actually do
- Work safely in residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by fire, water, storm, and/or mold
- Survey damage within the property
- Evaluate and record damage to all items within the property
- Demolition of damage to properties through the use of hand and power tools Â
- Perform initial site visits
- Conduct moisture inspections
- Set restoration equipment within guidelinesÂ
- Complete assigned tasks and notes in our primary operating system (RMS)Â
- Take photos of jobs assigned at start, completion, and throughout the processÂ
- IICRC certification available as IICRC classes are offeredÂ
You’re expected to
- Show up on time and ready to work
- Produce clean, straight, professional finishes
- Protect customer property
- Communicate job progress clearly
- Keep your truck stocked and organized
- Rotate on-call when scheduled
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years restoration experience preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Able to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to participate in rotating on call schedule
- Comfortable using job apps/photos for documentation
- Strong work ethic
