Over see kitchen operation on a daily basis.
Be sure all menu items are based on the guidelines of the NSLP
Serving, food preparation.
Observe that the quality, and food safety procedures are being followed at all times
Observe that personal protection equipment is in use at all times.
Prepare inventories, and month end paperwork.
Over see Kitchen staff, and staffing needs.
