Overview

Lone Peak Physical Therapy, a member of the Confluent Health family, is looking for a Full Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our Belgrade team! 

    • Pay Range: $18-$21/Hour
    • Full Time M-F (40 hours/Week) M-F 8am-5pm
    • Location: Belgrade, Montana 59714

You’ll Achieve Success By:  

  • Managing Front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination, among other duties while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collecting payments to support accurate billing and ensure smooth patient access to care.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Answering phone calls and assisting patients in a courteous and professional manner while upholding HIPAA compliance and fostering a welcoming healthcare environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED required 
  • Basic office and customer service skills 
  • Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required
