Qualifications

  • Experience using a multi-line phone system, with the ability to screen communications based on predetermined guidelines
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Experience working on cross functional teams
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong self-motivation

Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
  • Receive and direct visitors and guests
  • Handle daily UPS, FEDEX and USPS shipments
  • Order office supplies
  • Schedule employee travel (flights, hotels, rental cars)
  • Provide administrative support to home office departments
  • Assist with company events and complete projects as requested
  • Help with filing as needed
