You Are: Ready to live out our core values in patient and team member interactions Able to bring a positive attitude every day Team-oriented Able to demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills You Will Make an Impact By: Greeting and registering patients in a prompt, pleasant, and helpful manner. Communicating with internal departments regarding patient needs. Handling difficult or escalated patient concerns and providing positive solutions. Participating in the patient-informed consent process. Ensuring the atrium area is clean and visually appealing to patients, and that food items are fully stocked and available at all times. Collecting and entering patient’s insurance information into the database. Verifying patient insurance information and demographics. Collecting payments for drops, surgeries and/or account balances. Exceeding our patient’s expectations through active listening, effective communication, and empathy.
