Full Time Infant Caregiver

Full-Time Infant Teacher (0–12 Months)

We are seeking a Full-Time Lead Teacher for our Infant Classroom who is patient, dependable, and passionate about supporting early development in a safe, comforting, and stimulating environment.

The ideal candidate has a passion for working with babies and understands the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and responsive environment during a child’s earliest stages of development.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, loving care for infants ages 0–12 months
• Follow and document daily routines for feeding, diapering, sleeping, and play
• Support each child’s individual developmental needs
  
• Communicate daily with parents about their child’s care and progress
• Follow all state licensing regulations and center policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and nurturing classroom environment
• Engage Infants through age-appropriate sensory play, music, stories, and activities

Requirements:

• Experience working with infants preferred
• Patient, nurturing, and calm under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with parents and team members
• Familiarity with and ability to follow licensing policies
  
• Dependable, patient, and nurturing personality

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday

Base pay is determined by education and experience. Scholarship programs are available to support continued education in the field, including Degree or CDA certification programs.
