 We are seeking a warm, energetic, and dependable Full-Time Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities
• Follow and implement the classroom curriculum (Montessori and Reggio inspired. FrogStreet also used.
• Create a positive, structured, and engaging classroom environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
• Communicate effectively with families and team members
• Follow all state licensing rules and center policies

Requirements:

• 1 year of teaching experience preferred
• Familiarity with implementing a preschool curriculum
  
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to support and guide children’s social and emotional development
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
