What You'll Do

As an Infant & Toddler Teacher, you'll help create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where children feel secure, loved, and encouraged to explore the world around them.

Your responsibilities include:

• Provide attentive care and supervision for infants and toddlers
• Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, napping, and playtime
• Prepare bottles and follow proper food storage and sanitation procedures
• Create fun learning experiences through music, sensory play, books, movement, and hands-on exploration
• Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development
• Observe and document children's daily activities and developmental milestones
• Build positive relationships and communicate with families
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to provide exceptional care and learning experiences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom that meets health and safety standards

What We're Looking For

• At least 16 years old
• Passion for working with infants and toddlers
• Previous childcare experience is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patient, dependable, and organized
• CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Ability to complete all required Montana licensing and training requirements
