Eckroth Music, an employee-owned company serving the music industry since 1972, is seeking a full-time School Service Representative for our Bozeman MT location. The primary function of this position is to provide outstanding customer service by developing and maintaining relationships with school band and orchestra directors.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain a territory service plan for optimum efficiency, accountability, and profitability as per established goals.
• Willingness to work cooperatively with Band Directors for the greater good of the company.
• Maintain knowledge of the market, competition, and best practices and trends.
• Actively lead recruiting, rental, and retention programs in your school accounts.
