Mitigation Technician

$26–$28/hr + Overtime (Realistic $65K–$75K Year 1)

What You’ll Do

Lead water, fire, and mold mitigation jobs
Set and monitor professional drying equipment
Demo damaged materials (drywall, flooring, etc.)
Tarp roofs and secure properties after storms or fires
Document jobs using photos and mobile apps
Communicate clearly with customers during stressful situations
Help train and develop other technicians

What We’re Looking For

Strong work ethic—no babysitting required
Construction, trades, military, or physical labor background preferred
Leadership mindset (or ready to step into it)
Valid driver’s license with clean record
Able to lift 75 lbs and handle physical work daily
Willing to be on-call when emergencies hit

Experience & Training

No restoration experience required—we train the right people
If you’ve worked in construction, trades, military, or physical labor, you’ll pick this up fast
We provide paid training and cover industry certifications as you grow
