Mitigation Technician
Paul Davis Restoration of Southwest Montana | Belgrade, MT
$26–$28/hour + Overtime
Realistic First-Year Earnings: $65,000–$75,000+
Full-Time | Year-Round Work (No Seasonal Layoffs)

What You'll Do
- Water damage mitigation
- Fire and smoke cleanup
- Mold remediation
- Structural demolition and selective demolition
- Set up, monitor, and remove professional drying equipment
- Tarp roofs and secure damaged properties after storms or fires
- Document jobs using industry-leading technology and mobile apps
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, business owners, and insurance partners
- Help train and mentor newer technicians
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to lift 75 pounds and perform physical work every day
- Willing to participate in an on-call rotation
Construction, military, trades, landscaping, roofing, concrete, agriculture, moving, oilfield, and other physically demanding experience is highly valued.
No restoration experience is required. We hire great people and provide the training.
