SharBert Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated and people-focused Human Resources Administrative Assistant / Recruiter to join our growing team in the Gallatin Valley.
This position plays a critical role in shaping the first impression of our company and helping cultivate the culture that defines who we are. As one of the first points of contact for applicants, this individual will help create a five-star candidate experience throughout the hiring and onboarding journey while supporting the ongoing growth and sustainability of SharBert’s servant leadership culture.

Position Summary
The Human Resources Administrative Assistant / Recruiter supports recruiting, hiring, onboarding, communication, and general HR administrative functions across multiple business units. This role requires professionalism, confidentiality, adaptability, strong communication skills, and a servant leadership mindset.
The ideal candidate is highly intuitive, self-aware, solutions-oriented, and capable of balancing administrative responsibilities while also actively engaging in recruiting outreach and culture-building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming and professional applicant experience from initial contact through onboardingÂ
- Proactively recruit candidates through online platforms, outreach efforts, networking, and community engagementÂ
- Communicate with applicants through phone, email, text messaging, HR platforms, and scheduling systemsÂ
- Coordinate interviews and assist hiring managers throughout the recruitment processÂ
- Support onboarding processes and occasional new employee orientationsÂ
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and employee records with accuracy and confidentialityÂ
- Assist with job ad creation, recruiting campaigns, and employment marketing initiativesÂ
- Support internal culture development and employee engagement initiativesÂ
- Assist with general HR administrative functions and projects as assignedÂ
- Help maintain consistent communication standards and positive brand representation across all hiring interactionsÂ
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support operational and staffing needsÂ
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretionÂ
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of similar recruiting, HR, administrative, customer service, or office experience preferredÂ
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, text, and digital platformsÂ
- Professional, outgoing, and relationship-driven demeanorÂ
- Strong organizational and time management skillsÂ
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Self-aware, accountable, emotionally intelligent, and adaptableÂ
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesÂ
- Quick learner with strong intuition and initiativeÂ
- General understanding of HR processes and professionalism standardsÂ
- Experience with HRMS or ATS platforms such as Paylocity, BambooHR, ADP, or similar systems preferredÂ
- Basic graphic design, marketing, or social media experience is a plusÂ
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Teams, Canva, Google Workspace, or related technology platforms preferredÂ
