We are a patient-focused physical therapy practice dedicated to helping individuals recover from injury, improve mobility, and achieve their health goals. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Technician to join our team and support our therapists in delivering outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities as directed by licensed physical therapists.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before and after patient sessions.
  • Monitor patients during exercise programs and report concerns to clinical staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic and treatment areas.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment according to clinic protocols.
  • Assist with patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, and basic administrative tasks as needed.
  • Stock supplies and support inventory management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in healthcare, fitness, athletic training, or customer service preferred but not required.
  • Interest in physical therapy, rehabilitation, kinesiology, exercise science, or a related healthcare field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist patients with mobility activities when appropriate.
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
