We are seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman to supervise and work alongside a landscape construction crew while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and with our quality standards in mind. Responsibilities:  Overseeing daily site operations for landscape construction crew Coordinating the equipment and materials needed for each project Supervising and training crew members on proper installation techniques, equipment operation, and safety aspects Maintaining project schedules and completing landscape construction projects within deadlines Overseeing quality control on job sites Safely operating equipment such as a loaders, skid steers, and excavators to perform landscape construction projects Loading/unloading cargo, heavy equipment, and planting materials  Reading landscape plans and providing landscape material layouts Daily timekeeping of work hours on job sites for crew members  Ensuring equipment and truck/trailer are in working order and properly maintained Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned     Skills/Requirements: Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred Experience with landscape construction projects Knowledge of landscape plants, grading, sod installation, drainage work, and irrigation Supervisory experience Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight) Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment needed for landscape construction projects Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
