Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Assisted Living

Elan Assisted Living in Bradenton, Florida, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our vibrant community. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and established care plans

- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members

- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility

- Document all care provided and maintain accurate resident records

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update individualized care plans

- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid and current Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

- Prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a similar healthcare setting preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs

- Knowledge of medication administration and safety protocols

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
