Maintenance Technician - The Boulevard

We have an immediate opening for a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician who takes pride in doing quality work and keeping a community running smoothly.

This role is perfect for someone who’s hands-on, dependable, and brings a strong “see it, solve it, own it” mindset every day.

What you’ll do:

• Complete service requests efficiently and with attention to detail
• Prepare apartments for move-in (make readies, punch work)
• Handle general repairs including plumbing, electrical, drywall, and construction
• Maintain community grounds and assist with debris removal
• Support larger maintenance projects as needed

What you bring:

• Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience required
• Strong communication skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work Monday–Friday with on-call availability required (including occasional holidays)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• HVAC and CPO certifications preferred
