Project-Based Commercial Multifamily Trim Plumber

Breakthrough MEP is looking for experienced Commercial Multifamily Trim Plumbers to join our team for upcoming multifamily apartment projects in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area.

This is a project-based position with an expected duration of approximately 2–3 months, supporting the trim-out phase of a multifamily development. As additional projects and phases begin, there may be opportunities for continued employment based on workload, project needs, and performance.

What You'll Do

• Install and trim plumbing fixtures in new multifamily apartment buildings.
• Set toilets, lavatories, faucets, tubs, showers, water heaters, and accessories.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Perform final installations, testing, and punch list items.
• Work safely while maintaining quality and production goals.
• Coordinate with field supervision and other trades to keep the project moving.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial or multifamily plumbing experience.
• Previous multifamily trim-out experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation to the project site.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in an active construction environment.
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and commitment to quality.
