What You’ll Be Doing:

Customer Service

Greet and engage customers with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm
Create exceptional buying experiences that turn prospects into repeat buyers
Support the overall dealership experience across sales, service, and parts
Maintain a tidy, polished, and customer-friendly sales floor and personal appearance

Sales Execution

Proactively generate and follow up with leads to build a full pipeline
Guide customers from first touch through delivery and post-sale follow-up
Clearly present products and benefits to close sales profitably
Accurately enter deals in the dealer management system (DMS) and process all documentation
Handle trade-ins and grow our brokerage/yacht sales as part of the dealership’s future growth

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Proven track record in marine, RV, auto, or powersports sales
Strong customer-first mentality with high energy and confidence
Knowledge of boats, motors, and general marine products is a plus
Comfortable using CRM tools and dealership systems (computer proficiency is a must)
Team player who thrives in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment
