The position ensures that all assets are properly tracked, maintained, distributed, and recovered to support efficient project execution. The warehouse serves primarily as a logistics, equipment, and asset management center rather than a long-term material storage facility. The employee may also be assigned additional duties as deemed appropriate by management, including driving company vehicles, equipment transportation, jobsite support, and field assistance when required. management application, ensuring that tools, equipment, trailers, and fleet resources are available, properly maintained, and efficiently distributed to support project operations. Ensure all assets are accounted for, operational, compliant, and returned at project completion while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Asset Management • Maintain a complete inventory of all company-owned tools, equipment, trailers, and fleet assets. • Utilize the company asset management application to track asset assignments, transfers, repairs, inspections, and returns. • Ensure all assets are properly tagged, identified, and recorded. • Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. • Investigate and report missing, damaged, or unaccounted-for assets. • Maintain accurate records of asset locations and responsible personnel. • Generate inventory and asset reports as requested by management. Tool and Equipment Control • Maintain standard inventory levels of tools and equipment assigned to each project trailer. • Prepare and issue tools and equipment to project teams. • Coordinate the distribution of specialized tools and equipment required for specific project scopes. • Track all equipment issued to projects and personnel. • Verify equipment condition before issuance and upon return. • Ensure temporary project equipment is returned upon project completion. • Report damaged, lost, or improperly maintained equipment. • Recommend replacement or acquisition of new tools and equipment as needed.  Trailer Management • Maintain a standard minimum equipment package for all project trailers. • Conduct periodic inspections of trailers to verify inventory, organization, and condition. • Ensure trailers remain organized, functional, and ready for deployment. • Coordinate restocking and replacement of trailer equipment when necessary. • Verify trailer inventories at project startup and project closeout. • Maintain records of all trailer equipment assignments.  Warehouse Operations • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards. • Organize tools, equipment, and consumable supplies in designated locations. • Coordinate receiving and temporary staging of project materials when necessary. • Ensure project materials are transferred to job sites as quickly as practical. • Limit acceptance of leftover project materials unless approved by management. • Coordinate disposal, recycling, or reassignment of excess materials. • Maintain clear aisles, storage areas, and loading zones. QualificationsEducation • High School Diploma or GED required. • Experience • Experience in warehouse operations, construction support, equipment management, fleet management, or related field preferred. • Experience with inventory management systems preferred. Licenses • Valid Driver's License required. • Forklift certification preferred.
