What You'll Do:

  • Conduct patient interviews, obtain vitals, and document accurate medical history in the electronic health record (EHR).
  • Assist physicians during exams, procedures, and surgeries by scribing and managing patient records.
  • Prepare patients for treatments, including removing sutures and dressings and administering injections.
  • Coordinate with other healthcare providers for lab work, physical therapy, and diagnostic studies.
  • Maintain a clean and fully stocked environment in exam rooms and assist with minor office procedures.

What Your Qualifications Should Be:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior medical office experience preferred
  • CPR certification (or ability to obtain within three months of hire).
  • Experience with EHR systems (NextGen preferred) and knowledge of basic surgical techniques preferred.
