Procurement Delivery Driver – Keep Our Operations Moving Forward!
Are you a reliable, safety-driven professional who enjoys being on the road and playing a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly? Service Minds is looking for a Procurement Delivery Driver to join our growing team!
In this role, you’ll be the crucial link between our procurement centers and branch locations—ensuring that materials, parts, and equipment are delivered safely, accurately, and on time. Your efforts help keep our technicians equipped, our jobs running efficiently, and our customers happy!
What You’ll Do
Safely operate a box or straight truck to transport inventory between procurement locations and branches.
Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as needed.
Verify delivery contents and maintain accurate records of all transfers.
Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are in top condition.
Assist with warehouse operations when not on delivery routes—helping to organize inventory, pick materials for fulfillment, and conduct inventory counts.
Communicate effectively with procurement, branch, and field teams to ensure deliveries are accurate and on schedule.
Follow all safety guidelines, traffic laws, and company policies to maintain a safe, professional work environment.
What We’re Looking For
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Forklift certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 75 lbs.
Experience operating box or straight trucks preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.
Flexibility for occasional early, late, or weekend shifts.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (Service Minds is a drug-free workplace).
Schedule & Pay
Hourly Rate: $19–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
