The Paid Training Program
- Guaranteed Weekly Pay: $655 per week while you train.
- 1-on-1 Mentorship: 3 to 5 weeks of hands-on mentorship with a veteran driver.
- Midwest Lanes: Get comfortable running routes through IL, IN, MI, OH, and KY.
- The Upgrade: Graduate directly into your own 2022 or newer Freightliner or Kenworth.
Solo Driving Rewards (Post-Training)
- Starting Pay: $0.56 CPM.
- Average Weekly Gross: $1,400 – $1,500.
- Top Performers: Earn $1,800+ per week.
- Performance Bonus: Up to an additional $0.08 CPM for safe, productive driving.
- Home Time: Guaranteed home every Saturday and Sunday for your 34-hour reset.
Equipment & Lifestyle
- Modern Fleet: Drive 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680.
- Flexibility: Day and night shifts available; weekends and holidays are NOT mandatory.
- Stop Pay: $15 per stop (excluding first and last).
- Support: 24/7 operations support—we're always just a phone call away.

Requirements
- License: Valid CDL-A.
- Education: Minimum 120 hours from an accredited trucking school.
- Location: Must live within 100 miles of Gary, IN (Kankakee is perfectly positioned for this).
- Safety: No serious traffic violations in the last 12 months; no DUI/DWI in the past 5 years.
- Age: 21+ and must pass a DOT drug screen and physical.
