As a Material Handler / Stager, you'll play a critical role in keeping production moving. Your work ensures our welders and machine operators have the right materials, in the right place, at the right time. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and being part of a team that takes pride in what they build, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Stage steel parts for welders using project blueprints
Move, sort, and organize materials throughout the shop
Stack and store steel safely and efficiently
Prepare steel parts using a drill press and hand tools
Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to transport materials (training provided)
Work closely with welders, machine operators, and production leaders to keep projects moving
Help maintain organized inventory and support production priorities

What We're Looking For

Dependable, safety-minded team player
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment
Comfortable working around equipment and moving materials
Forklift and overhead crane experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate
