About the Position
We are looking for personable, organized individuals who enjoy creating positive experiences and helping others navigate important decisions. As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will support travelers as they research, prepare, and organize their upcoming vacations.
Rather than simply presenting travel choices, you will focus on understanding what each traveler wants from their trip, locating suitable options, assisting with selected arrangements, and keeping important information organized throughout the process.
This is a remote opportunity with flexible scheduling. Previous professional travel experience is not required. Training, supplier education, and continued guidance are available to help new team members develop the skills and knowledge necessary for the position.
Your Role
- Welcome client inquiries and gather details about upcoming vacation plans
- Learn each traveler's priorities, interests, preferred dates, destination ideas, and budget considerations
- Search available vacation products such as hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, and activities
- Narrow down available choices based on the traveler's individual requirements
- Explain relevant options clearly so clients can make informed decisions
- Assist with coordinating selected vacation components through authorized travel resources
- Organize reservation information and keep important trip details easy to access
- Supply travelers with confirmations, schedules, itinerary information, and applicable documentation
- Keep track of upcoming deadlines, required information, and unfinished planning items
- Check in with clients as their departure date approaches
- Respond to questions regarding reservations, schedules, and trip preparations
- Assist with routine modifications, cancellations, special requests, and other reservation-related needs
- Carefully review names, dates, destinations, and booking information for accuracy
- Record client preferences, correspondence, and travel details within designated company systems
- Continue learning about destinations, travel products, and supplier offerings through educational programs
What You'll Have Access To
- Remote work within approved locations
- Flexible part-time and full-time scheduling
- Beginner-friendly training and onboarding
- No previous travel-industry experience required

- Access to approved travel-planning tools and resources
- Continued professional and skill development
- Opportunities to take on additional responsibilities as experience grows
- Performance-based recognition and incentive opportunities
- Qualifying travel discounts and industry benefits
- Collaborative virtual team support
- Ongoing educational programs and resources
What We're Looking For
