Experience the breathtaking beauty of Gull Lake while working on the luxury yacht, the North Star. You'll have the opportunity to assist the Captain and crew, all while soaking in the stunning scenery of the Brainerd Lakes region. We’re seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team as a Deckhand. Your role will be crucial in supporting daily operations and helping to craft unforgettable moments for both passengers and crew.

**What You'll Do:**

- Jump into action by assisting with docking, line handling, and securing our vessel to ensure smooth and safe sailings.

- Be a valued member of our team, providing support to the captain and crew so that everyone can thrive together.

- Take pride in keeping our deck and onboard areas sparkling clean and organized, creating a welcoming environment for everyone on board.

- Interact with our passengers, helping them with boarding and providing important safety instructions as they begin their adventure.

- Participate in essential maintenance tasks, including light repairs and equipment checks, ensuring our yacht is always shipshape and ready for a wonderful experience.

- Follow safety regulations and procedures to help create a secure and comfortable atmosphere for all on board.

- Get involved with loading and unloading gear and supplies—every day presents new opportunities to learn and grow!

Requirements

**What We’re Looking For:**

- Boating Experience helpful, but not required.

- Flexible schedule to work days/nights/weekends/holidays

**Compensation:**

Start your maritime journey with a competitive wage of $16 - $20/hour

Depending on experience.
