Integration of quality life ideals into daily management and program development. Preparation and implementation of program goals, individuals’ service plans, progress reports and treatment plans. Nurturing a positive relationship with individuals, families, guardians and service providers. Providing for appropriate healthcare, medical and dental needs and promoting healthy lifestyle choices. Providing a climate for motivation and creating a supportive working relationship. Preparing and maintaining case records and program reports. Supervisory Responsibilities include but not limited to: Supervising and assigning duties to direct care staff when house manager is unavailable. Carrying the emergency cellphone and attending to program emergencies at a moment’s notice when house manager is unavailable. Attending administrative and clinical team meetings in the absence of the house manager. Training and orienting new employees to the residential program. Addressing and resolving any conflicts in a timely manner.
