Allcock & Marcus, LLC is seeking an experienced Conveyance Attorney with 3+ years of residential and/or commercial real estate experience to join our firm.

Responsibilities:
聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Manage residential and commercial real estate closings from contract to post-closing
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Review and clear title issues
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Draft and review purchase and sale agreements
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Conduct closings and represent lenders and buyers/sellers
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Coordinate with lenders, realtors, and clients
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Ensure compliance with Massachusetts real estate laws and regulations
聽
Qualifications:
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Minimum of 3+ years of conveyancing experience
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Licensed and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Strong knowledge of title review and clearance
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Excellent organizational and communication skills
路聽 聽 聽 聽 聽Experience with lender representation preferred
