Come join a team with a focus on relationships with our customers and our staff as well as the surrounding communities.  Key Required Proficiencies: Ability to ask for the sale and handle customer requests Build a personal customer base that generates repeat and referral business Identify each customer's needs, preferences, budget, and vehicle requirements Ability to recover quickly from setbacks Preferred Skills: Strong negotiation skills Prior sales experience is a plus Clean driving record Prior experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn must have a flexible schedule and be available to work days nights, and/or weekends   Benefits offered:  - Health, Dental/Vision, 401K, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance.
