In this influential leadership role, you will oversee a team of Facility Operations Managers and frontline associates across multiple locations, creating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for developing high-performing teams, delivering exceptional results in safety, service, quality, and cost, and empowering employees to solve complex operational challenges. Through coaching, mentorship, and a proactive, results-oriented approach, you will inspire teams to exceed performance goals while building the capabilities needed to sustain long-term success.Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short & long term performance goals
- Communicate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues
- Motivate team to achieve plan goals
- Cost center P&L management and ownership
- Ensure all managers develop and facilitate work team meetings (examples: pre-shift, roundtables, etc.)
- Solve Zone operational issues
- Interface with product direct delivery customers, vend customers and Frito-Lay Sales associates.
- Strong partnership with Sales, Traffic and Region partners to ensure strong service performance
- Ability to influence external and cross functional partners
- Administer policies and practices Initiate and implement projects
- Seek out and implement best practices to achieve optimal team performance
- Conduct presentations and formal training programs Improve team communication and engagement
- Think quickly, creatively and challenge team to do the same
- Develop and execute against annual/quarterly service and financial targets
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelors degree required
- 7+ years manager experience within warehouse or operationsÂ
- 5+ years leadership experience
- Project management skills preferred
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make tradeoff decisions quickly
- Willingness to work off shifts, weekends, & holidays
