🧠 What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy in patients’ homes
• Assess, plan, and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Document care thoroughly and accurately
• Travel within Braintree and nearby areas

✅ What You’ll Need:

• APTA-accredited PT degree
• Active MA PT license
• 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting
• Reliable transportation & willingness to travel up to 50%
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
