The Powerhouse Operator will perform a wide variety of duties essential to the manufacture of chemical products while consistently adhering to all established safety and operating procedures. This includes but is not limited to:

Essential Functions
  • Perform all duties in the operation of the Unit
  • Follow all safety and operating procedures.
  • Take readings and monitor process.
  • Operate process equipment.
  • Follow standard operating procedures.
  • Observe and record all data.
  • Coordinate activities with other operators.
  • Prepare equipment for maintenance.
  • Handle raw materials and finished goods.
  • Support and encourage the team environment.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company’s core values, competencies, and skills.


Education Qualifications
  • Required High School or Equivalent

Experience Qualifications
  • Preferred 1+ years chemical industry

Working Conditions/Physical Demands
  • Must be willing and able to work 12 hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays on a routine basis.
  • Must be willing and able to work overtime.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Climb stairs and structures.
  • Work outdoor for long periods of time.
