ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Clean and prepare vegetables, poultry and fish for production of menu items
- Remove food from plates returned from dining room
- Prerinse dishes, glasses, and tableware and load them into the dishwasher timely
- Unload dishwasher and put items away in proper designated areas
- Sweep and mop floors on demand
- Monitor levels of detergent and cleaning supplies, restock as needed
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Participate in team meetings
- Perform other cleaning duties, as assigned by head chef and, or manager
