Bartender
Pay: $12.00 per hour + tips & spiffs

Position Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, dependable Bartender to join our winery restaurant team. This role plays an important part in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests, many of whom are visiting the area. The ideal candidate is service-focused, adaptable, and enjoys working in a team-oriented, guest-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Take guest orders and accurately enter them into the POS system
Prepare and serve wine, beer, and cocktails with consistency and care
Provide attentive and personable service to enhance the guest experience
Stock and maintain the bar area throughout service
Run food to guests as needed and support overall service flow
Assist with cleaning duties, including bar upkeep and dishwashing when needed
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
Reliability and strong work ethic
Interest in wine and hospitality (experience is a plus but not required)

Schedule:

Daytime and weekend availability preferred
